Terms of use

These terms govern your use of inteprosystems.uk. They do not cover the supply of equipment or services, which is agreed separately in writing.

Who we are

This site is operated by Intepro UK Limited, registered in England and Wales under company number 05766149, registered office Unit 9 Lakeside Business Park, Swan Lane, Sandhurst, Berkshire, GU47 9DN. By using the site you accept these terms; if you do not, please do not use it.

Using the site

You are welcome to read the site and download its documents for your own work. Please do not:

  • use it for any unlawful purpose;
  • copy it wholesale, or scrape or harvest its content or contact details with automated tools;
  • attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, overload it or interfere with how it works;
  • send spam, malicious code or false details through the enquiry form.

The technical content

The pages on standards, compliance, equipment and test systems are general guidance, written to help you frame a requirement. They are not engineering, compliance or legal advice for a particular programme, and a standard or regulation can change after a page was written. Check the current edition of a standard, and confirm the point with us, before relying on it.

Specifications, availability and lead times can change, and some figures come from the manufacturers’ own datasheets. Nothing on the site is an offer. Prices, specifications and delivery dates bind us only once they are in a written quotation or contract.

Quotations and orders

The site does not take orders or payments. Sending an enquiry does not create a contract. Any supply is governed by our written quotation and the terms of sale we confirm with it, which also set out warranty cover.

Intellectual property

The text, design, graphics and software of this site belong to us or to the companies that license them to us. Manufacturers’ names, logos and datasheets belong to those manufacturers. You may share links to pages and pass documents to colleagues while evaluating a purchase; any other commercial reuse needs our written permission.

Availability of the site

We provide the site free of charge and on an “as is” basis. We do not promise that it will always be available or free of errors or viruses, and we may change or withdraw any part of it. Use up-to-date security software when you browse.

Our liability

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else the law does not allow us to limit.

Subject to that, we are not liable to you, whether in contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise, for any loss arising from use of, or inability to use, this site or reliance on its content, including loss of profit, revenue, business, data or goodwill, or any indirect or consequential loss. Our liability under a contract for equipment or services is governed by that contract, not by these terms.

Misuse

If you breach these terms and a third party brings a claim against us as a result, you agree to compensate us for the reasonable losses and costs that follow.

Governing law

These terms, and any dispute arising from them or from your use of the site, are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.

Changes and contact

We may revise these terms; the version on this page at the time you use the site applies, and the date at the top shows when it last changed. Questions to sales@inteproate.com or +44 1252 875600.
