PAS-F regenerative AC source and grid simulator
Supplied and integratedA four-quadrant AC source large enough to stand in for the distribution network, which returns absorbed power to the supply instead of dissipating it.

Why it matters here
This is the line G99 Issue 2 all but describes. Annex A.7.1.2.2 asks for type verification against a variable AC test supply, stepping voltage in increments of 0.5% or less, holding past the trip delay, then jumping in a single step so trip time can be measured. Doing that across Interface Protection, LFSM-O, LFSM-U, RoCoF, Fault Ride Through and Vector Shift is a bench that runs for days, and regeneration is what makes running it for days affordable.
Standards this line is bought for
- ENA EREC G99 Issue 2 — Grid-code type testing to G99 Issue 2
- ENA EREC G98 Issue 2 — G98 and the 16 A per phase threshold
Built into a delivered system, this appears as PAS-F regenerative AC source and grid simulator.
